Time is a great Healer

Was looking through my note books left from my studies and discovered some notes of my early writing. It was very interesting because I was writing about some pain I was going through at that time but now I can barely remember anything.

Is it true they say "Time is a great healer"? Or it's just I handled those hard times and decided to bury them in the past and live today?

There are many situations in life when we think we are victims of circumstances, but whatever life flings at us we may not have control over, but we definitely have control over our response to anything happens to us.

We learn from our mistakes and handling something once you state to yourself "Next time I will not do it\or do it differently!" Yes agreed, there are many different ways to handle the same situations, and the results will come out differently and it is the way we can control our life by. The same ingredients make the same kind of salad, but change the ingredients and you get a different one. The hardest thing is to believe that we have choices in the way things will work out, and the consequences of the choices are what heals.

Some people like my grandmother go through a lifetime not being able to find relief from emotional pain because they go through their life without making the changes they need to make to enable them to heal. My gma was hurt many years ago and she still keeps this pain\offence inside that bothers her and affects her health and the relationships with other members of the family. It's sad but until she realizes how powerful our minds are she wouldn’t be released from this pain. What's the most interesting her analysis are perfect and docs cant find a reason to her high blood pressure. The basic thing to accept is that our minds are more powerful than our bodies. Even if we were in a metal container at the bottom of the deepest ocean our minds are still free, and the way we think can affect us in every situation.

I have read in the Shack book God asked Mac "Where do you live Mac - in the past, present or in the future?" And Mac said that Most of the time he lives in the past and also plans something for the future which doesn’t leave him time to live in the present. "As most of the people do" - God stated! And it is true! Most of the people make plans for the future trying to foresee what will happen and be ready for it. But there is no future! There is NOW and TODAY! You can look back at your past but no longer than for a minute and only to remember great times and cherish memories.

People like my gma live in the past and no matter how much time it has been it wouldn't heal them until they make a choice.

And I don’t state it easily! I know sometimes it's easy to be said than to be done. But it is what makes us stronger throughout whole our life and what is called "life experience"!

Happiness is in our hands holding them together with the love ones.

Time is too short

Have you ever been angry at your clock that you don’t have enough time for anything? Have you ever thought about having 25 hrs per day instead of 24 in order to be able to do everything what you wanted to? Have you ever thought about being in many places at a time instead of being in one? Have you ever thought about going back in time and change something or simply do whatever you didn’t have enough time for then back? Have you ever thought about simply sitting and reminiscing what you are doing or what you are here for? Have you ever thought about stopping the time when you are with your love one because this time is so damn short and you know you will have to depart soon again?
Time is a very interesting thing - it goes slow on one hand especially when you wait for something and races the way too fast on the other hand. Look for example at the way we treat time. When we are young we are in hurry to grow up and do things that only adults are allowed to do. But when we do grow up and get all things we wanted to there is a paradox, we don’t want to be in hurry any more, visa versa we want to stop this time sometimes. But the process has been started. Now its not us pushing the time, its time pushes us now. So we have to be in hurry to be able to do as much as we have enough time for. You do day-to-day things like going to\from work, working hard, doing some housework, pleasing the others etc. But you do it almost automatically. You don’t enjoy the process! If you read this while eating your lunch on your lunch break, stop and look at what you eat, where you are and who you are around. Look around and you will see many simple things that can make you happy, make you enjoy your life and make it complete. Don’t let time take away this pleasure! Don’t let time manage you or your life, do manage your time! Yes, it's impossible to have enough time for everything, but we can at the very least enjoy the time we have and use every single minute of it . So when the time passes by we cherish the memories of what we have done during this time.
You know they say "3 main goals of a man are to grow the tree, to build the house and to give a birth to the son". Sounds old school and might sound nowadays like that "To grow up in career, to provide yourself with everything like the house, car etc, and settle a family". And they are a lifetime goals and they used to think he will have enough time to implement them in life. Most of the time he does, but not always. Is there anybody at all who ever thought about main goals of a woman? Of a modern woman who nowadays plays big roles in the career, who drives the cars, builds\maintains the house, who supports the family. Nobody have ever tries to assume. They all used to think that a woman should be able to manage her time the way that she has enough time for everything. But we forgot about the main thing in our lives. While pleasing the others and in chase of getting all the material goods we forgot about our feelings. There cannot be a family without love, there cannot be a success without a support from a loving one. There is a saying you may all know "The beauty will save the world" but I got another saying "Love will save the world"! Without love there is no sense in our lives. And it doesn’t matter how fast the time goes, without love it is senseless anyway. But we all want to not just exist, right? We all want to enjoy our life and live it up! But it's impossible without your true love! And if you got one, I'm really happy for you because I know you take no account of time. I wish it to all!
Now I talk to all women! Hey girls, what's up? What's wrong with you? Stop complaining you don’t have enough time for everything! I know time is too short but try to take as much as you can from what you got. Do NOT try to jump higher than your head is. Are you going to make a revolution? Do NOT try to make men feel weaker than they are simply because you think you can be independent! Then you ask why we need men if we can everything by ourselves. It's not right! We do need them, need their loving and need to love, need their caring and need to take care of someone. That’s what we are here for! You cant earn all money in the world and the happiness is simply not in money. That’s why you don’t have enough time for everything simply because you are going a wrong way, you chose a wrong path. You know we are all humans and our time here is limited. But it doesn’t mean we have to sit and wait for the last day being disable to enjoy our life, to count this time and vent on the lack of it.
So if you didn’t find your true love yet, go for it! Busy with your daily stuff? Sad, you will never hear the birds singing, will never see the sunlight playing on your wall, will never smile on the rainbow after the rain, because only people in love can notice those things and have enough time to enjoy them. Like kids! They don’t track the time and they are happy! And life is beautiful!

A prayer

Dear Lord,

i wanted to apologize that i so rarely talk to you. But today wanted to say a special prayer to you. I want to thank you first of all for giving me life, for everything what's happening to me every single day, for everything you put on my life journey. I thank you for giving me a chance to see the beauty of the universe. You opened it for me like a book of wisdom. Thank you for all your evident and hidden mercies. Thank you for every breath i take, for every step i make. I thank you for helping me throughout my life being my guardian angel right by my side and rise me if I fall and still being with me if i do mistakes never judging me. Thank you for your patience. You take a good care of your children, you love them soo deeply no matter what and i want to thank you for that. Thank you for the look of a rose, the smell of the rain, for the feeling of forever- thank you for the love, for that most sacred feeling, oh God you taught us how to love, to take care, to dream, to bring joy and happiness to others not pretending to get anything in return. Thank you for all the colors of the world, for the flavors, scents, sounds. Thank you for the beauty of the nature! Thank you for your creations you put your heart in! Thank you for the sun, for the moon, for the stars, for the wind! Thank you for the light in our hearts, which only a true love can provide a spark for. I have everything what I ever wanted to in my life. Whether i am healthy or sick, happy or sad you are always with me, i would pray to you and i know i will be heard. Thank you for forgiving us the sins. You make us go through on our own, making mistakes but learning from them. Thank you for the food i eat, for the water i drink, for the people i meet.

Dear Heavenly Father,

you have blessed me with special loved ones, my family, friends who have loved me and comforted me throughout this life of mine. I thank you for them and ask you to give them health and take care of them. You are so powerful, oh dear God, so wise! Your voice can be heard in the storms, in the silence of the forests, in the thunder, in the waves of the endless oceans and skyrocketing mountains. Today my Dear God, on this special day i pray for the loved one you gave me. I know whatever you do or whoever you send to us is for the purest reasons and i know you want the best for your children. So i want to thank you so much for this one who is so special to me. Who is my true love, my soulmate. I will never be tired of thanking you for that. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. He is the one who makes me happy and complete. I pray for this one on this special day for him, his birthday! I pray for his smiles and love, for his friends that true. I pray for sunshine, for warmth and tenderness. I pray for unexpected moments of joy and laughter. But most of all i pray for peace for him. Thank you for giving us a chance to be together right here, right now. Watch him and tend him, Be his resolute rock. Love is not a feeling...

Yesterday on my way to work by underground i was reflecting...

There were too much talk about what love is. And what do we get? The more people discuss this, the more opinions appear.
We all know that love cannot be measured, cannot be seen since it is something intangible. Something you should feel, whether you have it or not.
So summarizing all opinions and points of view I can say...
Love – is not a feeling, it is the action! It is behavior!
Love – is something we can represent by action only, making other people feel loved and needed.
The most perfect thing two people in love can commit to is a child. Look at the parents how they love him; treat him taking care of him. And he feels he is loved and moreover he memorizes everything. Love is being ingrained in our brains from the moment of our birth, sucked in with mother’s milk. We learn how to love, how to take care of one another. Do it so tenderly and so naturally!
Once I have been asked by one of my friends “Should I believe him? He tells me he loves me. But every time he says he will call, he never does pretending to be very busy or something else”.
I can tell you “You know what? You cannot be that busy to be able to forget about your loved one otherwise it’s not a true love. Yes, he may tell you that but he doesn’t put anything in those words. And it is sad! You stop doubting those words then. It’s hard to realize but the bitter truth is better than a sweet lie.
The other day I was asked by the other friend of mine “What should I do? He never tells me about his feelings; he never states those simple three words. But he is always right by my side. He is very caring and does get along with my family. I think he doesn’t love me because he doesn’t say so”.
And I can tell you one thing here “Actions speak louder than words”.
I know us girls love being told about feelings etc. But he might be reserved with those words for a special moment. Here you can see how much those simple words mean to him and should do to you too.
And it is just a couple of examples people face every day all over the world.But once you fall in love with someone start treating him the way you want to be treated in return. If you want for him to be open for you, then be open yourself. If you want him to call you, then call first. If you want him to share your interests, then start sharing his too. If you want him to respect your friends or hobbies, then start doing it too. If you want him to take care of you, then start taking care of him first. If you want him to kiss you or hug, then do so. If you want him to say he loves you, it won’t take you too long to get to hear it if you do so. And don’t wait! Time is so short is so precious!

Time is really short and by that time i have already arrived to work and had to get outside.

I'm sure it's not the last time i reflect on this subject... :)

Interesting facts, huh?It seems a human can measure and count everything! Especially due to the technological progress it became easier and more available for people. But that all is just material wealth!Do you think those things can make you happy? Satisfied maybe, but not fulfilled or pleased.Did you ever try to measure such things as HEALTH? HAPPINESS? KINDNESS? CARES? FAITH? BEAUTY? JOY?LOVE?

You can get a house, but not coziness,

You can get a bed, but not a dream,

You can get watch, but not time,

You can get a book, but not knowledge,

You can get a position, but not respect,

You can pay for a doctor, but can’t buy health,

You can have sex, but not love,

You can be wealthy, but not happy,

You can find a road, but not your way\journey,

You can have a weapon, but not power,

You even can get a goal, but not sense.

Because those things are immeasurable!

Many people are certain they can buy everything. But just imagine for a moment, will it make you happy if you get $ 1 000 000? You state “Yes!” Because you start thinking about the possibility of getting again just material things, especially the ones you dreamed of but couldn’t afford yourself. I don’t want to call you “greedy” because it is a natural reaction, but in all truthfulness you are, if it is the first thing which comes to your mind. The happiness isn’t concluded in money and never was, believe me. People who fight for money the whole their life end up being alone and crushed. It reminds me a myth about one very rich King who died because he didn’t have anybody to bring him a glass of water but he had all those millions of dollars. But it is another story!God endued a man with many abilities! We people are able to have such feelings as pain and love etc. We are being intelligent in comparison with animals and can make choices in our life: any choices whether - it is just a simple choice “What would I wear today?” or solving any problems standing on the crossroad of our life.Did you hear the saying “The beauty will rescue the World”? Yes, it is partly true, but from the history we all know how many fights there were because of the beautiful women. So you ask me then “what kind of beauty will rescue the World?” There are two kinds of beauty – external and internal one. And it might be two different persons, like one having a beautiful inner world with the light pouring out but not being so attractive, but the other one is with a beautiful face but “empty” inside. Really meaning this word “empty”!Inner beauty is immeasurable! The same can say about love! It can take someone a lifetime to find his true love. True love which will make him the happiest man alive. Being so happy he will be healthy and no other material wealth can replace it. True love which makes you feel wings behind your back, which can do miracles to the people and the world itself. The feeling is so huge that it's even hard to put into one word LOVE! To the question "How much you love me?" you say "Soo much, like the Earth!" But how big is the Earth? 40 000 km in diameter. Is it big enough to compare it to the love you feel when it is true?I highly doubt! Because true love is immeasurable!Who said “love is blind” is completely wrong. Visa verse it opens your heart and eyes to the world you have never seen before. It makes you feel so high flying on a cloud nine that you can barely keep yourself together and not lose your mind. It’s like a fresh air in the early morning when you take a breath it gives you shivers up and down. It makes you enjoy the small things people usually don’t even notice which eventually make the big ones. You smile without any reasons giving joy everybody around. When you don’t have to say anything and you do know what he is silent about. When you sense everything what can make him happy and you do want to make him happy and just be always around him…inseparable. It makes you feel warm when others are freezing. It makes you happy when others are down. It makes you see the rainbow after the raining day or walk under the rain and laugh at the raindrops falling down on you and making you all wet but it’s not the point! It makes you sometimes do crazy things but you don’t regret of them because it is so natural. It gives you some unreal power which moves you, encourages you, and makes you more confident in yourself, helps you to realize your hidden potential and talents! In a couple of words love makes you live your life up! True love also helps you handle things you thought you would never do!

Interesting picture!

A couple of a man and a woman are walking along the shore enjoying the view of the lake, holding hands. They talk for hours, laughing at different things, playing with each other but all of a sudden just look at one another without having to say a word and give each other a kiss “like-no-one-is-around”, “like-there-is-no-tomorrow”. And they do it so naturally, sensing each other so well, acting like in unison that at first glance it may seem they are united forever. Even if they fight, they do it with soo much respect to each other, caring about hurting each others’ feelings, working things out carefully and just talking through them. That’s the beauty of TRUE LOVE! They want to spend as much time as they can together doing all kinds of things whether it is just lying down in the bed embracing each other or learning new things, or partying, or again being so sensual sharing their feelings. And it seems they can’t get enough one from another, as if they were literally “drugged”. Believe me or not, this picture is from my life and I was soo blessed to find my ONE and ONLY love of my life! And this love is immeasurable!
